Alyson Hannigan The Fam Get Ready For Halloween 2011
Agent Coulson, the Marvel Comics character played by Clark Gregg in Iron Man, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger and in the upcoming superhero film The Avengers, is featured in a short film all his own on the new Captain America DVD release. Like Batman in the DC Comics universe, Coulson is a superhero that manages to kick ass without having any superpowers, alongside other superpowered characters. Click below to see an hugely entertaining Marvel One-Shot film titled A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor’s Hammer.
HA!! Love this so much. Agent Coulson is one of my fave Marvel Comics characters and Clark Gregg plays him expertly. I hope we get to see other fun little Marvel short films like this … with all of the future DVD releases that are bound to come our way, there is PLENTY of opportunity for fun stuff like this to come out. Isn’t this a fun clip?

So yesterday was a big day for David’s sisters Lara and Eden. After months of training and fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Lara and Eden successfully completed the 2011 Nike Women’s Marathon. David, his brother Aram and his girlfriend Jodee were there to root for the ladies along the way and I managed to finish work early enough so that I could meet them all at the finish line. I couldn’t be prouder of the both of them … and you have to see their amazing photos below.
I actually and accidentally walked the last mile of the marathon. To meet up with David at the finish line (ahead of Lara and Eden’s arrival), I got dropped off at mile 25 and walked to the finish. It was really very cool to see Lara and Eden cross the line … they did a fantastic job. The whole weekend in San Francisco was fun but yesterday the ultimate culmination of awesome. The ladies not only achieved a personal best by finishing the marathon but they helped raise so much money to held find a cure for blood cancer. Just, amazing.
The rest of the day, as I’m sure you can imagine, was pretty relaxed. We chilled for most of the day before I jetted back home to LA. Tonight, I have a … thing … to do so I’ll be kinda M.I.A. for a bit. The week ahead is pretty bizzy … but it is great to be home.
Happy Monday!

Beyoncé is readying the release of her latest music video for her new single Countdown but … she’s not quite ready to drop the vid just yet. Instead, she has released a cute 30-second clip of the video for us to snack on until the full version gets released. In the clip, Bey is rockin’ a super short hair-do … and she looks absolutely adorable. Check out 30 seconds of Countdown below.
I’m not a huge fan of the song but this video preview makes me want to see the full length clip. I am loving this 60′s mod look that Beyoncé is sportin’. This video looks fun, can’t wait to see the whole thing.

Sean Hayes Producing Western Pilot For NBC
Westerns are the new zombie/vampire/lost-on-an-island theme!
Sean Hayes, yes that Sean Hayes, is producing a western for NBC, which will center around Jacob Morris, a "young, eccentric East Coast doctor of mental disorders who moves to a primitive Western town at the foot of the Colorado Rockies."
In the show, the main character will not fight with [...]

It's so true: this is cute overload! Check out this amazing proposal set up as a flashmob at Downtown Disney a few days ago. We have no idea who these two lovebirds are, but we were so moved by this -- and we wish them all the luck and happiness in the world!

Franco Letterman Argue Over Who Sucks More…At Oscar Hosting!
We know who we'd pick…but let's hear them out all the same!
Last night, James Franco was on The Late Show and he got into a rousing argument with David Letterman over who was the worst host of the Oscars - him or David!
David said himself, but James argued his own case.
Check out the video (above) [...]
Apparently, they want their money back…now!
Mimran Schur Pictures, led by David Mimran and Jordan Schur, filed a lawsuit yesterday against Nu Image and Millennium Films because their flick Stone, starring Robert DeNiro, returned little to no profit, none of which they saw a penny of.
Welcome to independent film making!
The story goes that the newbie film financing company put up nearly $6 million in 2010 to bankroll this film. They believed in it that much and they assumed they would make that money back and then some. Unfortunately, the movie bombed on top of being sold to distributors for a less than desirable sum. Besides that, these guys were way down the list on getting their money back. First, the producers had to pay their loan back to Comericia Bank. Then, they had to pay their international sales agent 5% commission. But after that was all squared away, they would get taken care off.
But they day hasn't and probably won't ever come, so now, instead of waiting, they're suing for their investment back…and then some, claiming they were duped into the thinking the foreign distribution sale would more than make up their initial investment.
Sorry guys, but that is just how the Hollywood cookie crumbles. Your money is gone and if the movie didn't do well, its unlikely that they have that kind of dough to give anyway! Whoops!

She sure as hell didn't have a great night!
Last night, Kim Delaney was asked to speak at an event at the National Constitution Center, honoring Robert Gates.
The Army Wive star, who has a history of substance abuse problems, staggered up to the stage to make what was planned to be a heartfelt speech. Instead, a disheveled and clearly altered Kim rambled through her speech, taking uncomfortable pauses and skipping over words in mumbled speech. Then, before she was even finished with her presentation, she was escorted off the stage by a crew member, the audience visibly uncomfortable as she was taken away.
What the heck is wrong with her? Alcohol? Drugs? In her defense, we're told that the teleprompter was having some problems, so the jumping around in the speech wasn't really her fault. But look at how disoriented she is in the video (above)! That has nothing to do with anything but herself!
She was on something, that is for sure!
